Media Prima replaced its legacy encoders with Elemental Live, consolidating four channels on a single four‑SDI input instance, outputting HDS and HLS at multiple bitrates, and simplifying CDN integration and operations. The move eliminated quality hiccups, scaled for major events (UEFA Euro 2012 and live coverage of Anugerah Juara Lagu), and drove record engagement—225,000 live streaming views for AJL, 507,000 microsite page views, 155,000 tweets and 64,000 SMS votes—while providing a flexible, future‑proof streaming platform.
