How Infosys improved accessibility for Event Knowledge using Amazon Nova Pro, Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Elemental Media Services

Infosys needed a way to capture and share the knowledge exchanged at events, workshops, and conferences, where valuable insights are often lost to language barriers, incomplete notes, and hard-to-search recordings. To solve this, Infosys partnered with AWS Elemental and AWS services including AWS Elemental MediaLive, AWS Elemental MediaConnect, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Nova Pro to build Infosys Event AI, an AI-powered event assistant that makes event knowledge accessible in real time and after the event.

AWS Elemental helped Infosys implement a workflow that ingests live video, transcribes speech, stores and indexes transcripts, generates summaries, and powers a chat-based Q&A experience. The solution was launched at a February 2025 conference in Bangalore and reached more than 800 attendees, handled around 230 users per minute, supported an average of 57 chat queries per minute, and generated over 9,000 session summaries, improving accessibility, engagement, and time savings.
