A Awery Case Study

Serve Air - Customer Case Study

Serve Air, the largest cargo airline in the DRC with a 12-aircraft fleet serving 13 cities, faced fragmented systems for accounting and cargo management and needed an integrated, scalable solution to link offices, depots and staff and provide real-time KPI dashboards. They engaged Awery and its Awery ERP (including modules such as Cargo Track for warehouse teams and Crew Portal for flight crews) to replace multiple point solutions and support rapid growth and broader digitalization.

Awery implemented the first two project stages—core flight operations, cargo operations and accounting modules—then deployed Cargo Track and Crew Portal, combining remote support with a hands-on 4-week on-site customization and training phase. The Awery ERP now provides single-entry data propagation, real-time KPI reporting, improved operational transparency and a scalable platform to support Serve Air’s expansion; further customer-facing features are planned as Awery completes the final stage.
