CAVOK AIR is a Ukrainian cargo airline operating a fleet of seven Antonov An-12s. In 2020 CAVOK AIR engaged Awery for the Awery ERP / Awery Aviation software platform to automate business processes and prepare for expansion into the EU; the main challenge was delivering substantial customization quickly to meet TCO audit requirements, especially bespoke Crew management (FDTL control and crew training) and a redesigned system interface.

Awery delivered tailored modules and interface updates—custom Crew management, FDTL control, crew training management—and rolled out the Awery ERP across flight planning, operations, cargo, crew management and reporting, centralizing data and automating training, documentation and duty/flight limits. As a result of the collaboration with Awery, CAVOK AIR completed all processes on time, passed the EASA TCO audit in October 2020, obtained permission to operate in the EU, and significantly streamlined crew planning and flight scheduling.
