Seraph, a full-service agency for world-changers, was asked to create and deliver the initial digital campaign for The Independent Group on a tight turnaround. To build a transparent, high-impact launch and continuously monitor public reaction, Seraph used Awario to track conversations around the campaign and UK politics, measuring sentiment, reach and identifying key trends in real time.
Using Awario’s Dashboard, Boolean search and Topic cloud, Seraph identified influencers, prioritized responses, and monitored unified social reach and sentiment. The campaign drove millions of site visitors (160,000 users on launch day and over half a million page views within hours), engaged hundreds of volunteers, generated thousands of sign-ups and hundreds of thousands in donations, and achieved a social media reach measured in the billions—results Seraph attributes in large part to Awario’s insights.
