Awario delivered real‑time inbox alerts, Boolean lead searches, historical mention tracking and multi‑user access, letting RingBoost respond faster, improve customer relationships and keep nothing “falling through the cracks.” The platform saved time (freeing the team to create content), helped verify influencer/media partner reach, provided competitive insights and even generated at least one sale from a Reddit thread—demonstrating measurable impact from Awario’s monitoring.
