Montefiore Health System, a large, multi‑campus healthcare organization, faced an aging facilities management information system that could not handle evolving needs for work orders, preventive maintenance and internal service requests across three campuses and roughly three million square feet. To create a single, standardized “fix” process and replace multiple legacy systems, Montefiore selected AwareManager’s facility management software and services.

AwareManager implemented a phased, enterprise rollout—deploying modules such as Work, Maintenance, Web Portal, PDA Pages and Purchasing, plus mobile and incident‑tracking capabilities—across real estate, housing, engineering, security, EHS, construction and other departments.
