The Victorian School Design Awards use Award Force to save time, store entries and keep everything organised

The Victorian School Design Awards, which recognises and rewards architects for state school projects in Victoria, struggled with a manual, paper-based entry system that required architects to deliver hard-copy submissions, photos and CDs; judges needed duplicated CDs and physical storage, making adjudication and access cumbersome. To modernise the process the Awards turned to Award Force and its online awards management platform for submissions and judging.

Award Force implemented an online submission portal, judging tools, broadcast reminders and a high-resolution image gallery so entrants can upload materials, judges can assess remotely, and organisers no longer need to store physical copies. June Graham reports faster communication, easier submissions, an archival image library, responsive support from Award Force, and smoother operations overall — the Victorian School Design Awards have used Award Force since 2013.
