Reflex, a family-owned flat glass processor, required high delivery reliability, flexibility, and short production times to remain competitive in the European project business. A+W Software implemented its A+W CAD Designer and A+W production control systems, which were networked with Reflex's CNC machines via a high-tech CAM-DXF interface. This solution automated technical order entry and machine programming, eliminated production paperwork, and provided real-time monitoring. The results included a highly automated production environment capable of profitably handling orders from single sheets to hundreds, ensuring top quality and on-schedule delivery, which solidified Reflex's reputation as a reliable partner for international projects.
