BarteltGlasBerlin is a high-end German glass processor focused on premium custom work rather than mass production. A+W Software implemented its ALFAK ERP and ALCIM PPS systems to create a fully networked, paper-free production environment. This solution integrated all commercial and technical data, providing real-time order status, enabling accurate delivery dates, and automatically managing breakage and remakes.
