Amerisure, a 100+-year-old regional property and casualty insurer with 675 employees across 11 core service centers, faced an end-of-life Avaya INTUITY Audix system and needed a centralized, easy-to-manage communications platform that would support a mobile workforce and ensure high availability across multiple sites.
They deployed AVST’s CX-E as a private-cloud solution with a central server and remote survivable call servers at four offices, supporting VMware and per-user unified messaging storage. CX-E now handles more than 16,000 calls per month, increased employee mobility and efficiency, delivered resilient, secure messaging and disaster recovery, and paved the way to migrate additional locations.
