OVS, the Italian clothing retail company with 1,600 stores and a fleet of 247 vehicles, wanted to modernize and digitize its internal processes, including fleet management. After previously managing its fleet in Excel, the company turned to Avrios to improve mileage planning, monitor contract deadlines, and gain better control over fuel costs and reporting.

With Avrios, OVS gained clearer visibility into actual mileage, contract expirations, and fuel-card transactions, helping it quickly spot out-of-policy refueling and avoid unnecessary expenses. Avrios also made it easier to produce custom reports for better supplier negotiations and IFRS 16 accounting support, while uncovering several thousand euros in annual savings and helping reduce TCO by a couple of percentage points each year.
