MeierTobler AG, a Swiss building technology company, was facing the challenge of consolidating decentralized fleet data after a merger grew its fleet to around 750 vehicles. It needed a way to centralize vehicle administration, damage management, orders and returns, while also improving transparency, automating processes, reducing leasing providers, and introducing a Multi-Bidding process. To address this, MeierTobler turned to Avrios and its fleet management platform.

With Avrios, MeierTobler centralized all fleet data in one system, automated key processes, and made procurement and contract management fully digital and comparable across leasing providers. The platform improved data transparency, enabled mileage monitoring and better cost planning, and helped avoid extra return costs. As a result, MeierTobler achieved more efficient fleet operations, significantly simplified administration, and annual savings of around CHF 200,000 (€180,000).
