The OHH Pub Company, a pub group that has expanded into luxury accommodations, needed to update its property management system to support its continued growth. It selected the Rezcontrol PMS from vendor Avon Data to meet this challenge.

Avon Data implemented its web-based Rezcontrol system across four of the customer's properties. Despite the logistical challenges of rolling out during COVID-19 lockdowns, the implementation was successful and smooth. The vendor worked closely with the customer to resolve initial teething issues, and the system provided a great range of tools and reporting that delivered huge benefits. Avon Data established a strong partnership with The OHH Pub Company, which plans to install the system at additional properties as its business grows.
