The OHH Pub Company - Customer Case Study

The OHH Pub Company, established in 1984, is a growing pub group that expanded its rooms business from a handful of luxury letting bedrooms to 32 across four countryside venues. As the company continued to grow, it needed a more modern property management system to support its accommodation operations and ongoing development. Avon Data provided its web-based PMS, Rezcontrol, to meet this challenge.

Avon Data rolled out Rezcontrol to all four properties in January 2021, with the implementation taking place during lockdown so OHH could make use of the downtime. Despite a few early teething issues, Avon Data worked closely with the team to resolve them, and the system has since been described as smooth sailing. The OHH Pub Company reported strong benefits from improved tools and reporting, and Avon Data is now looking to expand the system to additional properties as the business grows.
