Moonraker and White Hart Hotels, owned by Tudor Hopkins, needed a flexible hotel management system that could support two properties and improve day-to-day operations, reporting, and guest sales. Avon Data’s Hotel Executive and Banquet EPOS were already in place, and Tudor was looking for better management information, booking history insights, and tools to help drive repeat bookings and cross-sells.

Avon Data linked The Moonraker Hotel and The White Hart so both front desks could cross-sell rooms and adjust rates across either hotel, while also adding guest engagement, HE-Remote, channel management integration, and an upgraded Banquet EPOS. As a result, Tudor said the system made it easier to understand customers and improve occupancy and revenue opportunities across both hotels, with the practical benefit of managing both properties from either front desk.
