Heights Hotel, an iconic 65-bedroom full-service hotel on the Isle of Portland in Dorset, was looking for a more advanced and easier-to-use property management system to replace its previous setup. Avon Data implemented Hotel Executive, linked with SiteMinder for channel management, online booking and global distribution, and provided training to help the team transition smoothly. Since going live, Heights Hotel has seen a major boost in efficiency, with staff saving so much time they can focus more on selling rooms, and the hotel also reported that the system is user friendly and offers far more detail in analytics. Avon Data further supported the rollout with two free refresher training courses and responsive customer service.
