Eden Hotel Collection, a group of seven distinctive hotels with restaurants, bars, and conference facilities, needed flexible hotel management and booking systems tailored to each property’s unique requirements. They worked with Avon Data and its Hotel Executive software, along with the LiveLinX channel management interface and Banquet EPOS, to support day-to-day operations across their hotels.

Avon Data implemented Hotel Executive to manage enquiries, reservations, guest information, tasks, billing, and reporting, while LiveLinX synced room rates and availability to online travel agencies and Banquet streamlined ordering, billing, and stock control. Eden Hotel Collection reported that the system was easy to use, powerful, and highly effective, with better management reporting, simpler rate updates across sales channels, and strong results from EPOS integration.
