How a Corporate Lawyer Serves 300 Employees With Automated Contracts

Tele2, a fast-growing telecommunications operator active across the Nordics and Baltics with 300+ employees and an Estonian legal team of two, faced an overwhelming volume of contract requests, repetitive manual drafting and a lack of trusted templates. Avokaado implemented a phased automation: populating a library of pre‑automated model documents, automating high‑use agreements (starting with NDAs), and providing a single collaboration platform with workflow control and tracking. Within one month the VAS unit was independent; NDAs that previously required about 50 hours for 100 agreements (two per hour) now take roughly 5 minutes each, producing 100 NDAs in about 50 minutes — a savings of roughly 49 hours — and freeing Tele2’s lawyers to focus on higher‑value work.
