Ebury, a fast-growing UK fintech offering lending, currency and payment solutions to SMEs, needed a scalable, mobile-first digital account opening process to support rapid international growth and meet differing local compliance and language requirements. To extend its Salesforce-based account management and give sales teams visibility into onboarding, Ebury chose Avoka and deployed Avoka Transact to deliver a frictionless, customer-facing onboarding experience.
Using Avoka Transact, Ebury launched a responsive account opening system in about two months with Salesforce AppExchange integration, save-and-resume functionality, tracking of partial applications, pre-filled pushes from Salesforce and adaptive forms for different customer types and jurisdictions. Avoka’s solution accelerated time-to-market and improved conversion and operational visibility while supporting Ebury’s growth—helping drive +50% active clients, ~120 new client accounts per week by April 2016, a 2.5x increase in lending volumes over 12 months and rapid scaling of the business.
