Beyond Bank Offers Digital Capabilities to Their Members

Beyond Bank, one of Australia’s largest customer‑owned banks, needed to modernize its digital on-boarding as mobile adoption grew. Many processes were already digital but not mobile responsive, so Beyond Bank engaged Avoka and its Avoka Transact platform to deliver a mobile‑ready on-boarding experience.

Avoka implemented a single, mobile responsive on-boarding flow covering up to nine products, integrated with Beyond Bank’s identity verification provider and core banking system, and supporting channel crossover (including branch verification for applicants without ID). Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, the experience is considered fast and intuitive, and Avoka reports over 80 account servicing transactions identified as candidates to move to Avoka Transact — making Avoka Transact a key part of Beyond Bank’s growth and service strategy.
