Brook & Bull Winery Making Wine Buying Easier Than Ever

Brook & Bull, a small winery, faced the challenge of creating an easier purchasing process for its customers, especially after COVID-19 shifted sales online. The winery needed to overcome the clunky and confusing checkout flows common in the regulated wine industry. To address this, they worked with Avochato to enhance customer outreach and streamline transactions.

Avochato’s solution was the implementation of a text-based club, allowing customers to enroll with their phone number and credit card. This enabled seamless ordering via text message. The results were significant, as text subscribers, who represent only 9% of their customer base, account for 50% of all purchases. This texting channel yields a much higher conversion rate than email, providing Brook & Bull with a substantial return on investment.
