Armis, a Palo Alto–based IoT security company founded in 2015, needed to streamline a fragmented forecasting process that relied on spreadsheets and multiple data sources (Salesforce, Excel, ad hoc reports). Forecasts varied widely—with errors as high as ~90%—and sales leadership and business unit needs diverged, leaving teams with lagging indicators rather than forward-looking guidance. Armis replaced Gong and Clari with Aviso to unify revenue operations and improve forecasting and deal management.
Aviso implemented deal rooms, configured forecasting processes, custom labels, and bi-directional Salesforce integration, and deployed data science–driven predictive models that produced ~95% forecasting accuracy.
