A Avigilon Case Study
Redamak’s is a legendary roadside diner in New Buffalo, Michigan, serving hundreds of thousands of customers seasonally. The restaurant faced common industry challenges — theft and fraud, employee and customer safety, health and safety compliance, and the need to manage inventory and food quality across dining, back-of-house and the parking lot.
Redamak’s deployed a 25‑camera Avigilon HD system (1MP and 2MP) managed with Avigilon Control Center and High‑Definition Stream Management, supported by analog encoders for legacy cameras and Avigilon NVRs storing 30 days of footage; several managers monitor remotely via ACC Mobile. The upgrade delivered clearer images and easier searches, helped catch and document incidents for police, improved safety, compliance, inventory and quality control, reduced manager investigation time, and was installed smoothly with reliable support and no reported bandwidth issues.
