Plymouth-Canton Community Schools (P‑CCS), a large Michigan district serving over 16,000 students across nearly 30 buildings, faced rising safety concerns after a nearby school shooting and ongoing issues like gaps in video coverage, poor image clarity and vaping in private areas.
