Pan Nordic Logistics, the Nordic region’s leading transportation logistics provider, needed to strengthen asset protection across its long cross-docking terminal and broader supply chain amid rising theft risk and strict TAPA security requirements. The company also needed reliable evidence to defend against false claims and curb internal and external theft while maintaining its ability to win large enterprise accounts that list security as a top requirement.

To meet those challenges Pan Nordic deployed an Avigilon high‑definition system—15 HD cameras (2–11 MP), seven analog encoders to integrate 22 existing analog cameras, Avigilon Control Center with HDSM, and five NVRs storing up to 37 days of footage. The upgrade cut investigation time by 50%, delivered clearer, admissible evidence to reduce liability and theft, and produced cost savings expected to pay for the system within three years.
