INDEVCO, a Lebanon‑headquartered manufacturer with 76 subsidiaries and over 10,000 employees, faced chronic warehouse safety and asset‑handling issues—untidiness, blocked passageways and mishandled packages—that increased the risk of accidents, liability claims and fraudulent incidents. The company needed high‑resolution video evidence and centralized remote monitoring from its IT headquarters to enforce safety protocols and reduce legal exposure across its widespread operations.

INDEVCO partnered with Phoenix Machinery and Avigilon to deploy about 1,100 H4 Bullet and Dome cameras with Avigilon Control Center, HDSM/HDSM SmartCodec bandwidth management and self‑learning analytics across nine sites in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The system enables centralized and mobile viewing, sends proactive alerts for unsafe movement, improved handling of finished goods, reduced liability risk and travel costs, and is now being rolled out to additional Middle East locations.
