A Avigilon Case Study
Deep Dive Dubai, home to the world’s deepest 60‑meter dive pool and a popular attraction with about 1,500 monthly visitors, faced critical video security issues that threatened visitor safety and staff productivity. Their legacy IP/analog transition produced unreliable cameras, low‑quality and grainy footage—especially in low light—no remote monitoring capability, and complex cabling that made maintenance inside the deep tank difficult and costly.
Deep Dive Dubai deployed the Avigilon Unity suite—including 56 H5A Box cameras, Unity Video VMS with Cloud Services and an AI NVR—to deliver high‑resolution, low‑light video, AI‑powered analytics for automated alerts, and cloud‑enabled remote monitoring. The result: clearer, actionable footage and faster response times, simpler maintenance with smaller, cheaper cabling (about one‑third the prior cost), smoother operations, successful online events and collaborations, and a future‑proof platform the facility plans to expand.
