Arabian Centres, the largest mall operator in Saudi Arabia with 19 shopping centres and more than 1 million m² GLA, faced a regulatory challenge in 2015 when new local security laws raised video surveillance standards. The company needed a scalable, high-quality solution to meet stricter image-quality and performance requirements across its existing malls and future developments while maintaining operational standards.

Arabian Centres upgraded its systems to Avigilon solutions—deploying an average of 350 cameras per mall (HD Dome and high‑resolution HD Pro), Avigilon Control Center software and NVRs—allowing wider-area, higher-detail coverage with fewer cameras.
