The site deployed Avigilon Unity on‑prem VMS with 397 cameras (306 dome, 83 bullet, 8 PTZ), Avigilon NVR5 Premium and AI analytics (Unusual Activity/Motion Detection), integrating existing third‑party cameras, access control and Motorola radios via Radio Alert/Orchestrate. The unified system improved threat detection and visibility, cut incident response times by at least 50%, enabled faster forensic search and coordination, and—since installation—has prevented thefts and intrusions while streamlining security operations.
