The Imitation Game faced a complex editing challenge: Billy Goldenberg and the team were cutting a WWII espionage drama while separated from the London production by 5,000 miles, receiving footage under tight time constraints. The workflow helped the team stay on top of footage as it arrived, work efficiently despite the distance, and maintain a strong creative partnership; Goldenberg said they were effectively working at the same rate footage was being captured.
