Razzmatazz hits the right notes with Avid

Razzmatazz, the Barcelona concert center known for hosting major artists, needed to replace its decade-old Avid VENUE | Profile console to keep up with increasingly complex live sound demands. The venue wanted a more flexible, reliable, and compatible solution that could satisfy visiting engineers and deliver top-quality sound across its five halls and varied events.

Working with Avid Technology and its Spanish partner SeeSound, Razzmatazz upgraded to the Avid VENUE | S6L-32D live sound system with an E6L-144 processing engine. The new setup gave the venue 32 faders, four touchscreens, and 144 input channels, helping it deliver clearer, more transparent mixes and bigger productions; the result was a more adaptable system for concerts and corporate events, plus ongoing monthly S6L seminars to build technical expertise.
