Digital and Analog in Harmony at Pama Studios

Pama Studios, a long-time Avid customer in south east Sweden, needed to rebuild Studio 3 so it could handle high-quality music recording while also supporting film, TV, dubbing, and sound editing work. As its projects grew more diverse and multiple jobs had to run at once, the studio looked for a flexible solution from Avid Technology, using Pro Tools and the Avid S6 console.

Avid Technology implemented the Avid S6 as the centerpiece of the new control room, paired with the studio’s vintage analog desk to preserve the sound clients wanted. The result was a more efficient, ergonomic workflow with greater flexibility across music and post-production tasks, helping Pama Studios move easily between project types and prepare for future growth.
