Avid Workflow Solutions Provide the Backbone to ENVY’s Fast-Growing London Post-Production Facility

ENVY is a leading UK post-production provider serving broadcasters and advertisers such as the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Discovery, and it needed to scale its fast-turnaround workflow as demand grew and projects became larger and more complex. Already using Avid’s MediaCentral Platform, ENVY turned to Avid Technology and its Avid NEXIS shared storage to support its expanding London multi-site operation and demanding productions like *Gogglebox*.

Avid Technology worked with ENVY to integrate Avid NEXIS across all sites, adding scalable storage capacity and improving collaboration across more than 200 Media Composer and Symphony suites. The result was faster editing-intensive workflows, better project turnaround, and the ability to deliver on time and on budget; ENVY also expanded storage to 1.2 PB, including an extra 720 TB to handle growing 4K and large-scale production demands.
