Avid Delivers Real-Time Global Collaboration for Berklee

Berklee College of Music needed to keep its music production curriculum aligned with the fast-changing industry and prepare students for real-world, remote collaboration. To do that, Berklee worked with Avid Technology and adopted Avid Everywhere, including Pro Tools, Pro Tools | HDX, Sibelius, and System 5, across its Boston and Valencia campuses.

Avid Technology helped Berklee build a high-end, connected studio environment that supports real-time collaboration over Internet2 between campuses. The result is hands-on training with industry-standard tools in classrooms, labs, and studios, plus a more professional workflow for students; Berklee reports that this gives students the same cutting-edge technology used by audio professionals and enables global, real-time collaboration.
