Grainger plc, a major UK property company, hired Avid Creative for web design and branding services to refresh the brand for its Wellesley building project, a new neighbourhood development in Aldershot. The challenge was to enhance the brand and create a new community-focused website that reflected the character of this iconic project which combines new homes with the restoration of historic military barracks.

Avid Creative maintained the existing Wellesley marque but introduced a new colour palette and developed a comprehensive website showcasing the homes, environment, and community facilities. The solution also included creating brand guidelines, newsletter templates, and a slide deck. The work by Avid Creative resulted in increased brand awareness, a rise in website enquiries, and greater engagement with a wider audience for the Wellesley development.
