A AVI Systems Case Study
The University of Montana needed to modernize rooms 304 and 305 in the Liberal Arts Building, which had only basic projector-and-PC technology from the early 2000s. To support a flexible, more advanced teaching environment, the university brought in AVI Systems to help design a functional, easy-to-use audiovisual upgrade for the two rooms.
AVI Systems implemented a new AV setup that included cameras, Polycom units, 80-inch monitors, Crestron AirMedia wireless presentation, a Crestron matrix and control system, Biamp audio, and interactive whiteboard solutions from Planar and Mimeo. The refreshed rooms now support lecture capture, video conferencing, wireless student presentations, and remote access to content through Moodle, giving faculty and students more ways to teach, learn, and review material.
