Rock Church, a fast-growing multi-campus church led by Pastor Miles McPherson, needed a better way to support remote collaboration for planning sessions, brainstorming, and event coordination as he traveled frequently. The church turned to AVI Systems to replace limited collaboration software with a more reliable video conferencing experience.

AVI Systems equipped the space with a Polycom RealPresence Group 700 for audio and video, a Barco ClickShare for content sharing, three Sharp 70-inch displays, a ceiling-mounted microphone, and Tannoy in-wall speakers. The new setup made meetings easier for participants with little technical experience and allowed Pastor McPherson to join calls from anywhere without missing important church work.
