Parry Center Training Medical Students with AV Technology

Parry Center for Clinical Skills and Simulation partnered with AVI Systems to outfit its state-of-the-art medical training facility in Sioux Falls. The center needed AV technology for 10 exam rooms, two simulation labs, a task/debriefing room, and a classroom so instructors could view, record, and provide feedback on training activities.

AVI Systems implemented a Crestron-based control system connecting all simulation rooms, enabling sessions to be recorded and stored across campuses. The solution also lets audiences follow live activities online, including mannequin audio, while preserving recordings for later playback, analysis, and education—supporting more effective training for health professionals.
