Foresight Energy, a worldwide producer of thermal coal, recently moved into a new headquarters in St. Louis and needed an AV upgrade that would fit a highly designed space with extensive glass and other architectural constraints. They worked with AVI Systems to deliver a solution that would add collaboration and presentation capabilities without compromising the office aesthetics.

AVI Systems implemented a low-profile AV design across the headquarters, including concealed speakers, JBL CBT line arrays, Polycom SoundStructure DSP for reverberation control, Lutron motorized shades, and room-specific video and conferencing systems for the lobby, small conference room, and boardroom. The result was a functional, design-friendly AV environment that supported corporate content display, presentation, and videoconferencing, though no specific numerical performance metrics were provided.
