Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley needed a new headquarters AV environment that would support its mission of helping people with disabilities achieve independence. To meet universal design requirements for staff and community members with mobility, sight, and sound-related disabilities, the organization worked with AVI Systems to create an accessible, easy-to-use audiovisual system.

AVI Systems implemented a solution centered on Barco ClickShare wireless presentation, Crestron system and lighting control, Biamp audio conferencing, flat panel displays, and laser projection. The result was a system that was simple to use and maintain, improved accessibility and professionalism, and reduced the burden on IT staff; community meetings now run smoothly without confusion or interruption, and the facility has seen increased awareness and participation.
