Capella Tower in downtown Minneapolis worked with AVI Systems to reimagine the experience across its public spaces more than 20 years after the building was constructed. The challenge was to create a connected, modern environment for workers, visitors, and pedestrians entering from both street level and the Skyway, with support for wayfinding, tenant directories, branding, presentations, music, and building information.

AVI Systems delivered a tailored AV and digital signage solution across the tower’s key areas, including Samsung LED directory displays, Crestron control systems, wireless presentation tools, digital signage players, and upgraded displays and audio in the tech lounge, salon, fitness center, locker rooms, and second-floor lobby. The result was a cohesive, interactive public-space experience that let each area serve multiple uses while staying visually consistent; the case study does not provide specific quantitative performance metrics.
