BRR Architecture worked with AVI Systems to upgrade a training room so it could better support video conferencing collaboration and high-resolution display use. The challenge was to accommodate both larger instructional meetings and smaller face-to-face collaboration sessions in the same space, while also enabling teams in different offices to share and markup single-line drawings in real time.

AVI Systems implemented a flexible AV solution centered on two Polycom Director cameras, two Smart Technology 70-inch interactive displays, and a Crestron wireless touch panel for room control. AVI Systems also engineered a drawing collaboration workflow using HD video calls and a Smart Bridgit session to preserve document resolution, giving BRR Architecture the ability to collaborate on multiple drawings at once with seamless control and clear visual detail.
