A Life-Saving Company in Need of Technology Saving

Missouri Employers Mutual (MEM), a Missouri-based workers’ compensation insurer, needed to modernize its aging meeting space technology at headquarters in Columbia, Mo. After evaluating proposals, MEM selected AVI Systems to design a more user-friendly solution that could support the organization’s day-to-day collaboration needs and future AV requirements.

AVI Systems implemented upgraded, flexible meeting room technology for MEM’s two primary spaces, including a divisible large room with automated room-combine functionality, LCD display arrays, videoconferencing, wireless presentation, polling, and AMX control. The solution also included Polycom, Vaddio, Shure, Biamp, Christie Brio, and Sharp components, plus AVI’s PRO Support agreement for 24/7 assistance. As a result, MEM now has intuitive, presenter-friendly meeting spaces that better support employees, customers, and partners.
