Zurich Insurance Group needed a new North America headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois, that would attract talent and support modern, easy-to-use collaboration. To replace outdated technology and limited meeting spaces, Zurich partnered with AVI-SPL to plan and integrate a simple, consistent AV experience across its new campus.

AVI-SPL delivered AV integration for more than 300 rooms, including Crestron control interfaces, Polycom video conferencing, Haivision IPTV and digital signage, NEC displays, Da-Lite screens, and Shure audio. The result was a seamless, intuitive environment with one-touch room controls, booking panels, and onsite support from 12 AVI-SPL staff; meeting startup time dropped from an average of 12 minutes, and Zurich now uses the headquarters as a model for future North American and global offices.
