Rialto Unified School District partnered with AVI-SPL to modernize communication and learning across one of the nation’s largest school districts. The district needed a fast-tracked, Cisco-based solution with high-definition networked video to support educational initiatives, emergency notifications, and a more engaging, university-like learning experience.

AVI-SPL delivered the project in just 120 days, implementing the largest deployment of Cisco TelePresence and digital media in any school district in the nation. The solution included Cisco Digital Media Players in 72 classrooms, digital signage in common areas, and a custom Cisco T3 TelePresence room for virtual field trips and guest lectures; the result was stronger student engagement, improved retention and collaboration, and positive feedback from parents, students, and teachers.
