Truepoint, a wealth management firm in Cincinnati, was outgrowing its old headquarters and needed a new office environment that would support seamless collaboration between advisors, clients, and remote participants. AVI-SPL was brought in to help define the right unified communications approach and simplify the company’s outdated, inconsistent meeting-room technology with a more reliable, easy-to-use experience.

AVI-SPL implemented Zoom Rooms across Truepoint’s new headquarters, using Poly Trio devices as the main room hub, along with Samsung displays, Poly Studio, Crestron Flex soundbars, and Crestron scheduling panels. The result was a consistent, plug-and-play collaboration environment that improved room booking, reduced friction for virtual meetings, and delivered a reported huge productivity boost while giving clients and employees a better overall experience.
