Standard Life launches a 2022 Innovation Lab with AVI-SPL

Standard Life, part of Phoenix Group, faced the challenge of creating a new, flexible work environment to support its organizational transformation and reinvent customer and employee experience. To design and integrate a new collaborative space for co-creating solutions, they partnered with vendor AVI-SPL to deploy a flexible technology experience.

AVI-SPL implemented an immersive Innovation Lab featuring a variety of interactive spaces equipped with Planar, Crestron, Vaddio, and other technologies. The solution allows for bespoke client engagements and supports a wide range of content presentations. The lab has been an enormous success since its launch, leading Standard Life to plan a roll-out to other locations. It has also opened new business opportunities, becoming the home of the Phoenix Group Innovation Forum focused on sustainability and DEI.
