Mayer Brown, one of the world’s largest law firms, needed its new Chicago office to support more sophisticated long-distance communication and presentations across its global network. AVI-SPL partnered with the firm to design and integrate modern video communication solutions for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and a mock courtroom.

AVI-SPL implemented a flexible AV environment with Crestron control systems, Panasonic projectors, NEC displays, video conferencing codecs, microphones, speakers, and recording cameras across 33 meeting rooms, a Town Hall, and the courtroom. The result was an easy-to-use system that helps Mayer Brown teams present to clients and collaborate across its 13 offices, while improving audio, video, and overall communication from anywhere in the firm.
