Cooke County Electric Cooperative, a rural non-profit electric cooperative based in Muenster, Texas, needed a better way to use its electronic maps and SCADA system after building a new Dispatch Control Center. AVI-SPL provided the control room technology and integration services needed to support more effective operations and visual collaboration.

AVI-SPL implemented a 2-by-2 video wall using 46-inch narrow bezel LCD panels, a web-based video processor, and operator consoles with adjustable monitors, task lighting, and PC storage, along with an integrated audio system. The new setup gives operators flexible, easy-to-use control over multiple data sources, improves group viewing of critical information, and was designed for scalability, user-friendliness, and low-maintenance operation.
